This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the policy of Carpenter Coaching, LLC (“Carpenter Coaching,” “we,” “us” or “our”) for CarpenterCoaching.com (“Site”) and our advertising here and elsewhere off our Site with respect to your information including what information we collect, how it is used, stored, disclosed and how it is processed.  YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO THIS POLICY AS PART OF THE TERMS OF USE.  BY USING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT THIS POLICY AND CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING EMAIL FROM US.

Carpenter Coaching, may change this Policy at any time by updating the Policy posted on the Site, showing the new version date at the top of the page.  Your continued use of the Site after the new version of the Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.

Carpenter Coaching reserves the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. These pixels allow social media sites to track visitors to outside websites to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website. We use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.​

What Personal Information is collected and how?

We only collect Personal Information about you that you provide for us through the Site, including your name, email address, and phone number, and messages you send to us. If you visit the Site through one of our ads on other sites or platforms, you consent to receive email messages from us about our services. You may opt-out of receiving marketing email from us at any time.

What do you do with my email?

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may save your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail, and telephone. This also applies when you register for Services, sign up through any of our forms using your email address or make a purchase on this Site.

We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our email lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled “How is my Personal Information shared?”

We will maintain the information you send by email in accordance with applicable federal law.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all email messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.

Our emails provide Site users and clients the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any email they receive from us at any time.

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.

How are cookies and pixels used?

Lawfulness of the processing is one of the main principles relating to processing of your Personal Information – we apply the following legal processing grounds:

How is Personal Information shared?

How do you store and how long do you keep Personal Information?

We are committed to keep your data secure.  Any Personal Information that you provide to us and from which you can be identified is stored securely and confidentially and is processed in accordance with the applicable law.  We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of your Personal Information.

We store your Personal Information for one year after your last visit to the Site.

How do you protect Personal Information?

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information you submit to us, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure so we cannot guarantee your Personal Information is absolutely secure. Carpenter Coaching, will not share, give away, sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information other than what is described above in the How is Personal Information shared? section. In addition, we limit access to Personal Information by our employees, Site providers and third-party Site providers to a ‘need-to-know’ basis. We do not share information in response to law enforcement requests unless it is presented with a search warrant or other legal compulsion.

If we do not grant your request, whether in whole or in part, we will explain why. 

No Sale of Personal Information

We have not sold any Personal Information of a California resident in the past 12 months, and we will not do so in the future.  We do not engage in selling Personal Information.
